How to Find Us: A Simple Guide to Our Departure Points

Amsterdam is a vibrant city, but navigating it can sometimes be a challenge for visitors. To ensure you start your canal cruise stress-free, we've put together a simple guide to help you find your way to our main departure points.

General Tip: Public Transport in Amsterdam The GVB network (tram, bus, metro) is the easiest way to get around the city. You can buy day tickets or an anonymous OV-chipkaart from machines at stations and in many supermarkets.

Departure Point 1: Central Station

This is our busiest hub and the easiest to reach for most visitors.

  • On Foot: When you arrive at the station, simply head to the main entrance on the city side. Our piers are located directly across the street. Look for our company signs.

  • By Tram/Metro: Almost all lines stop at Central Station. It is the city's central hub.

Departure Point 2: Near the Anne Frank House

Many of our tours start or stop near this world-famous landmark on the Prinsengracht canal.

  • By Tram: Take tram lines 13 or 17 to the "Westermarkt" stop. From there, it's just a 2-minute walk. Follow the signs for the Anne Frank House; our pier is located right nearby.

  • On Foot: It's about a 10-15 minute walk from Dam Square.

Departure Point 3: Rijksmuseum / Leidseplein

This location is ideal if you want to combine your museum visit with a canal cruise.

  • By Tram: Tram lines 2, 5, and 12 stop at the "Rijksmuseum" stop. Lines 1, 7, and 19 stop near Leidseplein. From both stops, it's just a few minutes' walk to our pier on the Singelgracht canal.

  • By Bus: Several bus routes, including the Airport Express Bus 397, stop at Museumplein or Leidseplein.

What If I Get Lost? Don't worry! Most locals are very helpful and speak English. You can also use a navigation app on your smartphone—just enter the address provided in your booking confirmation.

We recommend arriving at the pier about 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time to give yourself plenty of time to find the right boat and get on board.
